your web site, allowing you to broadcast live
video on your web site. Web Site Communicator

using video, audio and text chat; increasing
your chances of securing sales, building relationships
or whatever it is your web site is designed
to accomplish.
It is fully loaded with such
features as Operator List, Buddy List, Associates
List, Private Messaging, File Transfer and many
other goodies.
It also comes with a Virtual
Chat environment that is great for large meetings
where you need real time video and the ability

|
|
What is Web Site Communicator
Virtual Chat?
Web Site Communicator
Virtual Chat is an online conferencing environment
where you can work with few or many participants.
Visitors simply go to a page on your web site
where you place the Virtual Chat code. Visitors
enter their name and a password that you provide
to them so they can participate in your conference
or Virtual Chat session.
You may also require visitors
to choose their country of origin from a dropdown
list as well as to enter their email address.
You are then emailed this information so you
know who attended your online event.
There are two large video windows
(320 x 240) at the top of the Virtual Chat page.
One window is for the Host to broadcast real
time live video and audio. The second window
is for the co-host and/or special guest. You
provide the co-host with a unique password so
he/she can participate as co-host.
Our Virtual Chat environment
makes showing PowerPoint a breeze. You simply
locate the PowerPoint on your computer and click "ADD".
Our software uploads your PowerPoint to our server
and converts it so it is properly formatted to
show inside the Virtual Chat software.

|
Is there an affiliate program
or rewards program?
Yes and Yes.
Our affiliate program is FREE to join but
is limited in benefits. Our rewards program
is for paying customers and offers more. Let's
compare them both.
We offer a 1-tier affiliate program
that pays 25% for your first four direct referrals
and 15% for additional direct referrals. Want
to earn more? Keep reading.
Those who upgrade to become customers are
automatically enrolled in our 2-tier rewards
program that pays 25% for ALL direct referrals
(tier 1) and 10% for indirect referrals (tier
2). Direct referrals are those you personally
refer. Indirect referrals are those referred
by your direct referrals.
As an added bonus, paying customers can become
part of our Associates List and take part in
streaming their live video on our company's
index page (during promotions when we turn
this feature on). This means customers will
be able to share in the traffic that we bring
to our main site giving opportunity to those
people to pick up new downline members and
earn commissions on them if they upgrade. Click
here to learn more about our Associates List.
People who are strictly affiliates can upgrade
to customer status when they acquire 4 direct
referrals or, at any time they wish. There is
an obvious advantage to upgrading like an additional
10% commissions on direct referrals beyond
your first four, earning 10% on tier 2 and
not to mention the benefits of using Web Site
Communicator.

Answers
To Technical Questions |
|

are Web Site Communicator system requirements?
Web Site Communicator will run on PC, Linux and
MAC. |
|
Do
I need to download anything?
Yes. Each operator will have to install the Operator
Console as well as ADOBE AIR. These are small files,
safe and secure. |
|
Do
my web site visitors need to download anything?
No. Web site visitors do not have to download anything. |
|
What
version of FLASH is required?
FLASH version 9 is required. |
|
What
happens if my web site visitor doesn't have
FLASH installed?
Web site visitors who do not have the latest FLASH
version installed will be prompted to download
the latest version. |
|
Do
I need to install code on my web site(s)?
For each page or site you wish to provide the Web
Site Communicator service from you will have to
install a small snippet of code. |
|
How
secure is the information being shared between
operator and web site visitor?
Transmitting LIVE streaming video over SSL, secure
socket layer, slows down the video transmission
because it has to be encrypted before being sent
and then decrypted once received. This process
interferes with smooth video quality therefore,
we chose not to provide our service over SSL. However,
we do have SSL service so if you are concerned
about sensitive information being intercepted and
you accept that video quality may be less than
perfect then please contact us and we will provide
you with the SSL code to replace the default code. |
|
What
is a connection?
A connection is a person connect to a chat session.
Our basic package allows for up to 3 connections
meaning up to 3 people can simultaneously be engaged
in a video chat session. |
|
How is the quality of my web cam
video determined?
The ability to broadcast video is dependent
upon many factors. A good quality web cam will
ensure good quality video but more importantly
is the amount of bandwidth you have available.
Web Site Communicator™ runs on our state-of-the-art,
fast, dedicated servers to provide customers
and web site visitors with exceptional service
however, any chain is only as strong as its weakest
link. The operator, or subscriber to Web Site
Communicator™, can only deliver quality
video according to the amount of bandwidth provided
by their ISP (internet service provider).
Web Site Communicator™ automatically detects
a user's specified bandwidth to transmit video
at the highest quality possible and adjusts the
video quality accordingly so as not to exceed
a user's bandwidth speed. Operators have the
ability within the operator console to manually
adjust their video quality if they do not wish
to rely on the automatic detection.

|
I use a wireless internet connection.
Will my experience be any less than if
I was hard wired?
For basic web site surfing people often do
not see a difference when using wireless when
compared to being hard wired. This is because
web site surfing doesn't necessarily require
a constant stream. However, when transmitting
audio and/or video over wireless there can
be a noticeable difference. Audio and video
transmissions require a constant stream to
ensure a "true" pleasant experience.
Most wireless routers only allow a maximum of
56 kbps of transmission. This may not be enough
for sending and receiving audio and video at
the same time. This is referred to as full duplex
as opposed to half duplex where you cannot send
audio and video when you are receiving audio
and video and vice versa. The newer "n-seriers" routers
allow faster connection speeds but your wireless
card must also allow for faster speed or you
will still only have a maximum of 56 kbps.
On a wireless connection you should expect lesser
quality than if you were hard wired. You may
see latent video and/or hear latent audio. This
is true for all programs requiring a constant
stream and not just for Web Site Communicator™.
Understanding wireless technology and how it
works will help you determine if you want to
use wireless connectivity for streaming real-time
audio and video.

My webcam shows a black screen when
using Web Site Communicator .
How can I fix this?
Simply right click on the FLASH image below.
You will see an options panel. Select "settings".
Then, select your camera option and choose your
camera from the dropdown menu. You may also select
which microphone device gets used with Web Site
Communicator.

you may have to select your camera manually for
different programs.

Yes. Visitors can communicate using video, audio
or text chat. |

Yes. You can kick a visitor from a chat session.
If he becomes a pest you can ban him from returning. |
|
Can
I create different departments?
Yes. You can create as many departments as you
wish but only three connections are provided in
the basic program. Extra connections can be purchased
according to your need. |
|
Can
more than one operator share the same account?
Yes, however only one operator can broadcast at
any given time. |
|
What is the difference between
a Master Operator, Master Operator Assistant
and an Operator?
Master Operator has full control over the admin
area and it is the Master Operator's web cam
that has priority when Master Operator, Master
Operator Assistant and Operator are online.
The significant difference of the Master Operator
Assistant is that in the event the Master Operator
goes offline then the Master Operator Assistant's
web cam immediately begins to broadcast in the
place of the Master Operator. Once the Master
Operator comes back online his web cam will assume
the default broadcasting mode.
Operators are setup to manage departments and
never broadcast live to a web site. Their web
cam only broadcasts when they are engaged in
a chat session with either a web site visitor
or with other operators.
|
|
Can
I invite other operators into a chat session
where I am actively involved with a web site
visitor?
Yes. Depending on the number of connections you
have purchased you will be able to invite other
operators into a current session by first private
messaging the operator to invite them into a session.
If the operator accepts your invitation you will
be able to pull him into the video session. |
|
Can
I transfer web site visitors to different
departments I have created?
Yes. If a web site visitor initiates a chat session
with the Master Operator and the visitor wishes
to speak to someone in a department you have created
then you will be able to transfer the visitor to
the appropriate operator/department. The Master
Operator will be able to private message the operator
to make sure he is able to chat with the visitor
before the Master Operator will transfer the visitor. |
|
Can
I create a Buddy List and what is it?
Yes you can create a Buddy List. A Buddy List is
compromised of other users of Web Site Communicator.
You will be able to search our database for a username
within your operator console. If we find that username
in our database you will be able to add him/her
to your Buddy List. You will know at a glance if
this user is online or offline. You will be able
to instantly communicate with those on your Buddy
List. A Buddy List is a convenient and professional
solution to working closely with teammates, downline
members, groups etc. |
|
Can
I invite those in my Buddy List to join me
in a session with a web site visitor?
Yes. If you are actively involved in a video chat
session with a web site visitor and you want to
invite someone from your Buddy List to join the
session you can private message them and invite
them provided you have enough connections in your
account to accommodate the invitation. |
|
Can
I transfer a web site visitor to someone
in my Buddy List?
Yes. The same way you can transfer a web site visitor
to another operator you can also transfer a web
site visitor to someone in your Buddy List. This
becomes valuable for network marketers and/or people
working as teams. Imagine a prospect visits your
site and initiates a chat session to inquire further
about your program. You explain the benefits and
your prospect decides to signup for your program
as part of your team. You may want to pass this
prospect on to someone on your team you are working
closely with. You can private message someone from
your Buddy List to see if they want the new prospect.
You can pull your teammate from your Buddy List
into the current session or you can transfer the
prospect to your teammate in your Buddy List. |
|
Can
I create an Associates List and what is it?
Yes you can create an Associates List. An Associates
List allows you and other users of Web Site Communicator
to participate in events. For example: if you are
running a promotion on a web site where you are
collecting leads, etc., then users who are in your
Associates List will take their turn broadcasting
on the page containing the Associates List code.
Visitor one to the web site will see Operator One.
Visitor two will see Operator two. Visitor three
will see operator three and so on until all operators
in the list have had a turn according to visits
to the page. The Associates List will then start
over from the beginning. This system allows all
operators to broadcast equally making it fair for
all. |
|
Can
I store and push canned responses and url's
to web site visitors?
Yes. You can store canned responses and url's separately
for easy navigation. |
|
What
are canned responses?
Canned responses are answer to commonly asked questions.
You can store answers to your most commonly asked
questions and easily push them to your visitors
during a chat session. The canned responses appear
in the text chat window when pushed by the operator. |
